Guide Lines to Parents & Guardians

  1. Parents are requested to meet Principal after taking appointment by phone/mobile

  2. Communicate to the teacher through almanac & through reception if any matter of concern with regard to the feedback you receive from the child that may help the child to gain confidence.

  3. Encourage your child to take interest in academics, co-curricular activities & sports.

  4. Further parents ae requested to take guide lines from Principal to make up for the loss of the studies, in case of long absence with permission.

  5. Read school circulars, notes & remarks sent by teachers carefully & regularly.

  6. Do spend quality time through note books especially on weekends.

  7. Parents are advised to visit the school 2-3 times per month to know about the performance of their ward on Saturday in between 9:00 am to 10:00 am.

  8. Parents are requested to furnish complete communication details such as residence and office phone number, cellphone/pager number etc. Please remember that these communication details are important in order to establish contact in case of emergency.

  9. Taking leave during working days is strongly discouraged. Parents are responsible to make up for the loss of the studies in case of leave taken. The school will expect these students to be at par with the class in every way and that will have to be ensured by parents.

  10. Encourage your ward to be careful about his/her belongings.

  11. Parents are requested not to enter in to the class room to see their children or teachers during class hours without permission of the Principal . 

  12. The ward of these parents, who avoid meeting the authorities, when advised to do so, may not be allowed to attend the prior classes.

  13. Sick unwell student should not be sent to school instead an application should be sent seeking permission for leave,

  14. The cases of problematic student will be forwarded to the discipline committee. The decision of the committee member will be final.

  15. Students are expected to take their lunch, drinking water and solve their other problems in recess only. 

  16. Parents are not expected to enter into the class room to see the child or to meet any teacher. They must contact the staff on duty at reception.
